These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of House Points. This is a draft for launch — review with legal counsel before publishing.
Acceptance
By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account. Parents and guardians are responsible for managing child profiles in their family.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your family. Keep your login credentials confidential.
Subscriptions
House Points Pro is a subscription billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings → Subscriptions on your device.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app in violation of applicable laws.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. See also our Privacy Policy.
